[Gameplay] Azir's passive tower

Yesterday I was playing against Azir (5v5 normal blind pick) and he placed his passive tower on their destroyed red side mid tower. I came into aggro range, but escaped before it had a chance to shoot at me. The red targeting laser remained locked onto me, though. It remained stuck on me until the tower was destroyed. Not sure if the enemy team could see it, but my team could. I found one other person with this bug on Reddit (posted 8 months ago).
