Match Found Not showing up

I know that this bug has been discussed before, roughly a year ago, but come on its been a year. I did not encounter this bug until I updated to the new client and since updating my match found pop up has not appeared roughly 60% of the time. Its incredibly frustrating as roughly once a week it constantly occurs and I cannot get into a game for upwards of an hour.
