[GAMEPLAY] Velkoz Ult Bug

So i main Velkoz for a quite some time now (season 5) Summoner name The Velgod. I'm reporting an in game bug with his ult because from time to time the ult would shoot blank and just wont work at all. I would press R and it would show his animation ulting but nothing would be coming out and or dealing damage. This had happened more than 10x now with my 400+ Velkoz games pls look in to it riot team :) would really appreciate it. sorry for not having a screenshot or a vid, kinda hard to predict when it will happen D: Thanks!

This some times happens to me, i main vel since season 5 february, but his ult doesnt come up. Somehow i still get a kill but its really weird
