Orianna indicator bug

This could possibly be an ARAM only bug but the indicator kept multiplying randomly as the game went on. I ended up with 5 before the game ended.

No idea when they showed up, I assumed after I died but it wasn't liked to that

Are you playing on a Mac? The same thing keeps happening to me on all gamemodes.
