[Client] Skarner Crystals improperly affects vision in spectator mode

I was watching a friend with a Skarner in their game and crystals would seem like they showed maximum vision until they changed teams, then it would show for the enemy team. It did not actually give full duration vision infinitely. It is visually disorienting because the enemy team would walk through the crystal and it would look like you could see them but if you changed to team vision you could not see them.
