Wait Time.

I went into a draft with a couple of friends about an hour or so ago..we thought it was normals, and we looked and it was ranked. none of them wanted to play that and they didn't want to dodge. so i did it for them. i have a ban wait time of 25minutes..this was at 1:21Pm EST. it is now 2:12pm...WTF? is time slower on league then the real world? this is ridiculous. can someone please look into this. it sucks waiting more than an hour just to play again..[slayer-jinx-unamused]
