[Client] PVP.net Patcher Kernel has stopped working

So, I tried clicking on League to start it up, but this notification popped up saying, "PVP.net Patcher Kernel has stopped working". Then it says, "A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available". So I tried another way of getting into the game by finding the folder and trying to open that. Same problem had happened. I tried to restart my computer to see if it would work, it didn't. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling it. Didn't work. I was able to play the game perfectly fine the day before and woke up to it being like this. Is there anyway to fix this issue?
