I had dragonblade riven and crimson elite talon in my lunar revel shop, and then a while later i checked back on the shop and they were gone as if I hadnt ever opened those two slots. Now I can no longer buy dragonblade riven for a discounted price.
Same thing just happened to me... Had Pool Party Leona for 70% when i opened the slots a few hours ago... just logged in to buy that skin to find out it wasnt there, as if i had never opened it =/
I think the skins change every few hours? Or maybe just bugged

Haha, this happened to me as well. The second and last slot was replaced from Dark Crystal Ryze and Buccaneer Tristana (resepctively) to Bladecraft Orianna and Blood Moon Kalista. I'm not mad but i'm very confused...
same had blood moon shen at 70% and some other sale then i got 20% off warlord shen and 20% off mecha malphite
Yep I encountered this bug too. Battle Regelia Poppy changed into Scarlet Hammer for me. I don't really care about either skin but there ARE some here I want to get so it could've been bad.
Happened to me too. I had Mafia Jinx (the only Jinx Skin I need) on my 2nd sloth but when I checked again after a couple of matches I checked again and the sloth appeared as not opened. Now I have an Anivia skin T-T
Same happened to me, I lost Hired Gun Luican and Pool Party Graves, which is a shame since I wanted Hired Gun Luican.
Yeah, I had Arclight 
in mine which I was genuinely interested in getting but it removed him from my second slot and when I clicked the blank again it gave me Spellthief Lux. Blegh... :(
