QUESTION TO EVELYN'S E WITH SKIMISHER'S SABRE
On 5.1 patch said Evelyn's E skill can make on-hit effet and I tried game with Skimisher's Sabre, but it doesn't work. So on-hit don't work with Sabre or it is just glitch?

Skrimishers saber currently applies a true damage DOT when you auto attack enemy champions that you have smited, more attacks in that time period would simply refresh the DOT. So, working as intended.
