CS Differential from in game and end scoreboard

I just finished a game as Gangplank and when the game ended I had acquired 496 CS which can be seen here, however, in the end game scoreboard it said that I only had 433 CS which can be seen here. I went to check the match history online and it said that I only had 423 CS which can be seen here.

On a side note I also did not recieve any IP (when I was supposed to receive 288) for this game. I know this seems minor but this is the first time that this has happened to me (at least from what I have noticed) but I figured I'd throw this up here anyways.
