Sion Ult bug

Has happened twice to me now. On the top side of the river around the baron, single bush in the river and go to ult towards dragon. Ult arrow comes up but Sion still walks along but without control, the skill doesn't go on cooldown. I press r again, and it ended the ult punching the ground.
