Aatrox summoner spells unusable

After respawn summoner spells were unactivateable. They weren't on cooldown; the icons were darkened. It only happened once near the beginning of the game. They were usable after some time and I believe it coincided with with my blood well filling up. (I tried to screen shot but my computer is stupid)
