Fiddlesticks not healing off of Dragons and Baron. (MYMU)

Hi! I was playing the PBE today and Fiddlesticks' drain wasn't healing him when used on Baron, Dragon, or Scuttle Crab. I didn't know if this was intentional, or not. But yea.
