Surrendering Bug

3 games I've had today, if there's been a disconnect in the game(4v5), and someone hits surrender, it's still asking for all 5 votes. During the duration of the certain champion being disconnected, afk, etc. A vote is being counted as yes in their slot(happened twice during the actual disconnect and the player was physically not in the game) and the game is given up.

For example: Last game, a Garen was experiencing super sayian ping, disconnected to reset his connection, my team called for surrender, I said no, other teammates said yes, so 3 to 1 with the 5 needed for surrender, before Garen reconnected, it said ally team surrendered 4 to 1. Same thing happened in the previous game, but 5th champion never reconnected.
