I bought Kog'Maw I had 4837 ip before buying it and I still have 4837 I can pick him and he is in my purchase history

It could be just a visual bug. Try reloading your client.

It happened to me when I was buying Jhin and it said I still had 6313 IP i clicked on another 6300 champion and it said I had enough IP to buy it.
