[CLIENT] Recurring End Game Screen Bug

Recurring problem with the end game screen when playing a game after having viewed a team's match history. This is the third time it has happened to me personally. Names on the right are correct (though incorrect teams, we were red side) but incorrect information on the left side which is the information from the game in the team's history that I viewed.

This was a normal Summoner's Rift 5v5.
