Ping instable and impossible to reconnect to the party at a moment

It's the 4th time it's happens to me:

I have a good computer (Ryzen 2700x + GTX 1080, 32GB RAM ...) and a very good connexion (1 GB/s)

Sometimes the game become instable, my ping goes from 10 to 80 without any reason until i got a real deco. When i try to reconnect, i'm stuck on the loading screen at 10%.
