[Gameplay] Blue Buff Blocked by its Own Small Monster

In a game I was playing on patch 4.20, red side's blue buff was pulled southward, but not finished. When the camp reset, the small monsters went back to their places as usual, but the blue buff got stuck trying to get past one of the small monsters on the way back. It stayed like that until I came over and started fighting it.

This was not just a visual bug as my friend who was also in the game saw the same thing. It has only happened to me once.
