Quinn Ult Glitch with Tahm Kench

So if you ult with and go into Valor Form and then get eaten by while your still in Valor Form. It Glitches your game so you cant go out of Valor Form and you are stuck in Valor Form the Whole game no matter what you do I tried backing, i tried getting Eaten by again nothing worked, and it cost me a game cost as we all know Valor form is kinda worthless but is a good assassination. But its not a good Ult to use the whole game which i know now. I just hope we can spread the word and get Riot to Fix it cause It really sucks when it does happen.
