Frozen Loading Screen

Hey guys dont know if this happens to y'all but I reinstalled league and every time I play now, it freezes at the loading screen before the game starts. I can't Ctrl + Esc it (using an Acer Aspire Windows 10) so I have to shut it off manually and log back in. It's not my Wifi and and my computer is new. And when I log back in, I reconnect and try again, but it does the same thing. It's happened eight times in a row. Anyone have that?
