Attempting to Reconnect

Has anyone found a solution? I've been wiping my computer of everything (Avast, AVG, etc.) and making sure every firewall possible is turned off.

Any help at all would be greatly appreciated. Riot obviously isn't doing anything; how can they say it's Avast, when so many people have uninstalled it and still have issues?

I have AVG but I've been using this computer for over a year and was working fine. Today after the update, stopped working and I get the reconnect loop. It gives me a system error.
