Color of energy bar when someone use rune ManaFlow Band

When an ally or an enemy has this rune and use a champ with energy, there are not color difference on his energy bar or the color difference is not enough. And we can't see if he has or not a free spell. It is an important thing, because if an enemy has low energy, I can engage thinking that he can't do a complete combo(Zed) or he can use just a spell(Shen's E). But if he has active ManaFlow Band, he can use a free spell and he will get back that energy. In this way he can do a complete combo or use a high energy spell without lose all energy( Shen'e E) and kill me.
