K/DA Orbs opening issue

Hi customer service:

On Nov 11/9, I purchased the ten K/DA orbs bundle. I had a K/DA bag showing up while opening. However, the bag didn't come to my inventory. It just appeared during the opening animation but I didn't receive that. I'm not sure if I can get it back. Thanks for the help!
