keys not dropping anyomore!

ive been trying to get keys and none have been dropping after 2 weeks of playing haven't gotten a single key from games I'm really upset. pls help me pls up vote if keys aren't dropping for you either just to get riots attention

key are far to rare, in the time that ive opened up 2 chests via keys ive encoutered 8 shiny pokemon [slayer-jinx-unamused]

Keys are buged,i am playing 1 week and cant get any key fragment,and i never got pusnihed for flame or etc so it is bug 100% for some players
