[Bug] Sion ability lock-out

So, I've grown very fond of the new Sion in all his glory, but I've recently come across an odd bug. that not only is puzzling, but can render me completely useless in any sort of fight.

  1. Pick Sion and just play through out the game as normal
  2. Things starts to pick up around 15 minutes in and I start roaming the map for fights
  3. Start fighting more champions and find shaco in the river.
  4. get stunned / scared by his jack-in-a-box. Manically try to ult Shaco to finish him off, but cant seem to use the ability at all. So I figured I was just stun locked
  5. Get in to a team fight, and realize both my Decimating Smash as well as Unstoppable Onslaught will simply not work. I cant even activate them by mouse clicking the icons, The W and E work fine. But Q and R, just will not comply to my commands.

This is not the first time, I noticed this happen a day ago or so as well, A quick re-start did fix it, but having to re-start every time this will happen, well. That's gonna get pretty annoying.

The same thing has happened to me, I'm just trying out Sion for the first time today and I got locked out of my abilities right after I got stunned by Annie. Lucky thing I was experimenting in a bot match, I would have been useless to my team in a real match if that had happened :(.

I had a similar issue. Got into a fight, died while trying to use my Ult and after I revived neither the Q-Smash or Ult would work. Could only use the shield and the shout for the rest of the match. I tried getting myself killed again but I couldn't match the same circumstances to see if that would undo it.
