[GAMEPLAY] Fiora parry not properly responding after getting hit by Lissandra ult

Simply put I parried and a Lissandra ulted me with no follow up stun from the parry. I know I was the ult target because I had no allies nearby and Lissandra didnt ult herself. My parry was aimed directly at her teammate, a Renekton and he did not get stunned when the parry landed on him.
