Client massive crash

Yesterday i tried to log in to the game, but i was waiting for like 5-10 minutes to log in. Then the client was very buggy - i had to wait like 1 or 2 minutes to load just one thing/to do one command (like open loot, store, profile, etc.). I tried to join a game, but i couldnt. Then i got banned for 30 minutes, because i was declaining too much, but not on purpose ( i saw the accept circle once and then no more). It is the same today. It was ok in the morning ( i had a shance to play, looks like it fixed), but now its the same. Any ideas how to fix it? Riot support?
