Elise e is.....weird

so basicly whenever i try to transform then e immidietly there is a crazy delay and when i tried e to jump over wall to the enemy yasuo elise just moved weirdly and didnt e for some reason. is there a trick behind it or is it a bug (my ping was constant 60).
