[GAMEPLAY] Vi Q Cancelled when casting flash

On Vi, when charging her Q up, you have always been able to flash during the wind up to pull off a much longer jump with the Q. Now, about 60% of the times I try to do this, the flash cancels the Q windup, putting both abilities on cooldown.

1. Hold Q for a second with Vi and walk forward.
2. Attempt to Flash and Press Q at the same time to do a long-range Q.
3. Likely outcome is that you use your flash and stand still, putting both abilities on cooldown.

This was with the Officer Vi skin each time, and I haven't tried with no skin/any other skins. Thanks for the help!
