[GAMEPLAY] Equalizer doing fatal damage when it shouldn't

I was playing a game as Zyra and I could walk or flash outside of Rumble ultimate, and be a full width or two outside of it, and it was still dealing fatal damage to me. He had Liandries, but I'd have several hundred health and I'd seemingly take full damage from the equalizer itself while outside of it and then die. I didn't manage to live through a single Rumble ultimate- and I wasn't even in half of them at the time of death. It seems like the damage ticks aren't updating properly once outside of the ultimate.
