Azir's W and AutoAttack still slightly messy

I've been playing a few games with Azir and I've noticed that once you start stacking CDR as well as Attack Speed (EX: Athene's + Nashor's Tooth) when you summon your W soldiers and you try to auto attack immediately after the soldier spawns, not only does the soldier not hit when you auto but your regular Azir auto goes through but doesn't do any damage. I sadly do not have a video for it but I do know for sure that it starts happening more often mid to late game when you HAVE to be spamming soldiers to zone and team fight
