Lost LP after a win

So i just finished my ranked game i DC due to my power going out but got back as fast as i possibly could me and my team ended up winning the game but yet i still lost LP can anyone tell me why i have a SC of it happening does anyone know who i can contact to fix this because i would have gotten into my promos right after that win
