[CLIENT] Can't open client with new patch 7.13

In the title, briefly describe the bug and tag it as either [GAMEPLAY], [CLIENT], or [CRASH] I cannot open the client after forcing an exit (via the Client UI) and when attempting to open League again, no client comes up. When right-clicking on the icon, it says "Application is not responding" and I am forced to force quit the app. Running on Mac OS Sierra 10.12.5.

I was in a lobby when I left my laptop. After logging back into my laptop, the client showed a warning that it could not find a connection and would retry in # seconds (# was a countdown). I opted to exit immediately and clicked the button on the warning. I then attempted to open League up again and the bug I listed above happened.

This did not occur in the previous patch. Only started to occur after this latest patch. Cannot reproduce because I cannot open the app.

Hey buddy, I had the same problem today. What I did was I switched regions, then let the new region completely update, then switched back to my region. The message that I had no connection was gone and I could successfully log in again

This patch is buggy. I logged in but the game crashed after champions are selected. There goes my first leave in years.
