[LOOT] The amount of shards are not updated in "upgrade" view

Reproduction steps:

1. Open League of Legends launcher.
2. Select "Loot".
3. Select skin or champion that you want to upgrade with skin shards (make sure you have less than needed).
4. Disenchant skin or champion shard.

Expected result: The amount of skin/champion shards will increase in upgrade view. Actual result: The amount of skin/champion shards does not change.

Workaround: Reopen upgrade view.
