Rammus, you're not supposed to be doing that..
Seeing users playing Rammus in-game rocking Homeguard + teleport? I thought this got fixed last year! What's the deal? Is this now allowed in all forms of (ranked) play??

If I remember correctly it was used in Worlds (I believe InSec ran Rammus + homeguard and teleport). In fact if you run Homeguard + tele on any other champ you'll get the same effect. It's not a bug.
