[CLIENT] Left click bug

EDIT: I fixed it! If you are having this problem, here is the solution:

1. Open your League of Legends client and login, but do not start a game.
2. Go to C:\Riot Games\League of Legends\Config. Right click PersistedSettings.json, Open With > Notepad.
3. Press CTRL + F, input the following 3 entries:

evtPlayerSelectClick, change it's value to [Button 1] evtOnUIMouse4Pan, change it's value to [Button 1] evntHudMoveableSelect, change it's value to [Button 1]

4. Start a custom and ensure the change worked.

My left click doesn't work properly in game.

I can:

Left click skill points to learn an ability Left click to purchase items in the shop Left click items in the inventory to activate them and move them

I can't:

Left click to confirm an ability after bringing up the cursor using normal cast Left click to open the shop by clicking on the shopkeeper Left click the minimap to move the map while my screen is unlocked Left click to confirm an attack move order Use G or V to issue pings

What I have tried:

• Reset my keybindings to default - No fix
• Removed lol_air_client_config_na, input.ini, game.cfg and PersistedSettings.json - No fix
• Repaired my League of Legends client - No fix
• Reinstalled my League of Legends client completely - No fix
• Reinstalled Windows 8.1 completely - No fix

This is surely a bug in the game client as my computer has been reformatted with no results and there are no hardware issues either, my mouse works fine and neither the touchpad of my laptop or the USB mouse respond to left clicks in the way I mentioned. My game worked fine on 11/17/15 and as of 11/21/15 my left clicks no longer work in the way I described above.
