[Gameplay] Morgana's Soul Shackles

Reiterating the description in my video, I believe this is an unintended interaction with and champions in stealth. Once her shackles attach, she gains vision on invisible champions while attached, in this case Twitch. As you can see, after her ult finishes, he goes in stealth for the remainder of its duration since it started.

Replication:

1. Have a champion with stealth on enemy team. Twitch or Rengar work nicely since their stealth duration is long.
2. Choose Morgana and level up to 6, adding a point to your ultimate.
3. When enemy champion enters stealth, activate ult near them. You WILL have vision on them, not needing true vision.
