Jhin Q sometimes only bounces 1/2 times when he can bounce to max of 3

Sometimes when I play Jhin when there is like 2 waves of minions (it can be a 1 wave but then minions can be pretty away from each other and its not possible to bounce beacuse of the range,but I said 2 waves beacuse minions are stick together) I use my Q abb and it bounces like only 1 times or myb 2 but it doesn't bounce 3rd time(when it should,beacuse minions are close together),and I saw that in the some streams like Imaqtpie. This bug happens like in** 1/50** Q usage.I don't know is that good or not so yea. I think this is a bug and it needs to be fixed.
