Getting (+21) lp but only gaining +18 lp for Rank

Hey, just finished winning a Rank game, which means that i gain lp, it said +21, however, i was already on 0 lp and i got 18 lp. Is this a bug? I have photo evidence but don't know how to upload it...

you were at -3 for dodging, you were not at 0

please riot check this problem he said +21 but i got +18 only this is 3 times happend to me thats not good please check it thanks .!!
