Katarina Bug 1-29-15

About 30minutes into my game, I was unable to auto attack, use my q, or zhonyas, (unsure if R worked or not, but w and e worked fine). I don't know the cause of the bug, or how to reproduce it, but the only fix was for me to execute myself to jungle creeps and respawning fixed the issue.
