I bought the K/DA Akali bundle and I didn't receive the ward skin.

As the title says. So first I bought the Akali skin, then an hour later I bought the bundle which costed 500 something RP but included just the ward skin and profile icon. I received the Icon but not the ward. I checked my collection, my loot, and even the screen where you lock in and manually change ward. What do I do now, I've never had an issue like this before.
