Champ select bug

So when banning phase happens in champ select, you cannot scroll down unless you so it in the bottom right corner. It may seem like a petty bug, but it is irritating. With the new champ select coming out, I don't know if they will fix this, but it has been happening to me for over a year and my friends say the same.
