takes forever to load EULA and disclaimer

the launcher takes forever to load the EULA and the disclaimer and sometimes it wont even load them at all. when its done loading the EULA and the disclaimer and i accept them both,the LoL client still wont even launch,if anyone has a solution to this please tell me because i have been trying to launch the game for 2 and a half hours now and i have had this problem since the start of season 5.
