[CLIENT] Stuck between Lobby & Game selection

I tried starting a new ranked lobby and invited a friend to it while it was opening, however for some reason the lobby didn't actually open for me even though my friend joined it. I was still in the gamemode selection screen, pressing the X button at the bottom made the sound & changed to its "button down" vfx but didn't actually do anything. This was the same as Lobby/profile/collection which also didn't do anything.

I could change the tabs at the top from "PvP" to "Coop vs AI" and "Tutorial" but they kept the Summoner's Rift & Twisted Treeline queue types even in tutorial. In Coop & PvP they had the different types but in tutorial these were gone and instead the confirm button was clickable, however this didn't actually do anything similar to the X button. However, when I clicked Twisted Treeline in the Tutorial tab it started a basic tutorial game.

Upon exiting this, I was back in the main menu, but I couldn't open the play section, so I was forced to restart my client. Upon restarting everything was normal again.

I tried recreating the problem to make a video, as I assumed the recreation steps would be as simple as quickly starting a lobby after selecting ranked solo/duo and inviting a friend, but I couldn't get it to work.

EDIT:: This was shortly before ranked queues were disabled, so that might have had something to do with it, but even after messing around with it for like five minutes, starting the basic tutorial and restarting my client, I still had the chance to make a ranked lobby with my friend & queue up for a few minutes before ranked queues were disabled.
