Minor bug with Ashe

I played an aram with Ashe and I found out her tool tip telling you if her q is active or not no longer exists/works. The only way to tell if your q is active now is to look if her bow glints slightly. I checked to see if it happened in customs and it happened both times.

If you guys don't know what I'm talking about Ashe used to have an icon appear over her q spell on the hud when it was active.
