Noticed I had Asylum Shaco while loading into my ranked match, but I don't nor have ever owned Asylum Shaco, only Royal. My friend I queued with had locked shaco for me and he owns Asylum shaco, his skin somehow had to have carried over to me. He was first pick and I was last. Not sure how it happened.
I had something like this happen as well, except I actually owned the skin.
I locked into death blossum elise, and instead the game made me go blood moon.
In the normal draft (before the new champ select updated) I picked classic elise cause you know.. nothing like the classics 
! and it went blood moon again for some reason.
I do own blood moon, just it seems like the skin selection might be a bit bugged. This only ever happened twice to me, with both times being in 5.24.
