Nidalee bug stack tear of the goddess

Bacicaly I was playing some AP nidalee (it was a custom game) and I decided to buy a tear of the goddess and when I was in tiger form ( I don't remember the name of the ult ^^ ) using my W the tear was stacking mana without the 8 secs cooldown before I can stack it again, so by killing minions I was able to stack my tear evey 4/3 secs. This is just a small bug but if anyone notice it in normal game it can be anoying

From what I remember her cougar form uses no mana. So something's up with that in general.

Working as intended.

Riot is in love with Nidalee, so they allow her to be pure cancer.

I thought Tear procced on spellcast OR mana spent? working as intended?

you can stack it TWICE every 8 seconds. so once every 4 seconds is pretty accurate
