Wolf Spirit giving vision of opposing jungle

In my last game, the enemy Zac (on RED side) would smite his wolf for the spirit. That spirit, would then travel THROUGH the mid lane into MY team's (Blue side) top side (blue buff) jungle. It would then act as if it was a spirit granted from smiting our wolves, following our Xin through his jungle and granting them vision of him. This happened EVERY time Zac smited his wolves, which he pretty much did on cooldown for the game once he discovered this bug. Please fix this!
