Keyboard Blocked?

Hey guys, I'm having an issue where if I hold down my Spacebar simotaneously with my Q and R won't cast.. What can I do to fix this? I am using a Razer BlackWidow Ultimate Dragon Age II Collector's Edition and this issue only came up when I reformatted my computer Please help out and thank you for your time.
