[Gameplay] Deep Sea Nami esca (light bulb on the forehead) not there!
I was recently gifted Deep Sea Nami from my friend and since my first use, the light bulb has not been present. Items do not affect appearance. However, it only appears when I dance or cast my Q (aqua prison) or R (tidal wave). The minute I cancel the animation or it finishes casting, it disappears.

I've played with this bug 3 games now (I don't know if this will help but when I was gifted the skin, I never received an update/notification. I logged on and off thinking I had not received it. When I checked Collection, it was there and playable.)
